Grab your Book Club friends and history loving pals as we welcome author Elizabeth Crook (The Which Way Tree and The Madstone) to Cuero for a lively Q&A and book signing event. Crook is an accomplished Texas author with stories rich in local history. Most recently, Crook was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Texas Institute of Letters.
Set in the mid-1800s, The Madstone follows Benjamin Shreve as he journeys from Boerne through central Texas to the port of Indianola.
