10 Jul Robert L. Oliver, Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum Founder and Chairman passes away
Robert L. Oliver, the Founder and Chairman of the Board for the Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum in Cuero, Texas, passed away June 2025. Robert led the museum from the beginning meetings and creation of the board in 2000, to what is now a sprawling campus with multiple historically preserved buildings and an award-winning ranching heritage exhibit. The Chisholm Trail Heritage Museum Board of Directors and staff mourn the loss of Robert and his endless commitment to CTHM, DeWitt County and historical preservation.
